About Me
My Approach

I am a child nutritionist with extensive work with children of varying needs. With a focus on making small, practical changes to help children have success with food, I believe that nutrition is an essential component of overall wellbeing.

One of my passions is working with children with sensory process difficulties understanding the unique challenges that these kids face when it comes to food. She has experience working with families to develop personalized nutrition plans that are tailored to their child's specific needs.

I have experience working with children with Down syndrome, recognizing the important role that nutrition plays in supporting their development and growth.

I received my MS in Nutrition from Hunter College and her BA in Psychology from Binghamton University. I recently completed my 50 hours of training to become a SOS trained Feeding Therapist.

I have had the privilege to work with some of the best clinics in the country including work at MGH in their Down syndrome clinic as well as at Tufts University in their Childhood wellness clinic.

I live in northern NJ with my husband and two boys. In my spare time, I love to experiment in the kitchen, explore new neighborhoods, and spend time with my family.

My philosophy revolves around the belief that every child is capable of enjoying meal-time. While this might look different for every child and family, I know that with my help, your family can get there, too!

I am committed to empowering families with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions about their children's health. Most of my sessions are with parents and caregivers to empower them to make the changes within their households.

Through my work with families, I emphasizes the importance of making small changes to promote long-term success. I understand that each child's needs are unique, and work closely with families to develop achievable goals that support their child's health and wellbeing.

With my guidance, families can feel empowered to make positive changes in their child's nutrition, which can have a significant impact on their overall health and happiness.
