Do you accept insurance?At this time, Whole Child Nutrition does not accept insurance. Upon request, I will provide you with a superbill, detailing the services rendered, which you can submit to your personal insurance provider for potential out-of-network benefits. Families can also utilize their Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) to cover the cost of services.

How do I get started?If you are unsure about how this works, feel free to schedule a FREE 15 minute discovery call to see if this is the right fit for your family. Once you are committed to helping your family's nutrition, you can click on the Book Online Link on the home page which will direct you to booking online. From there, you will receive an online invitation to join Practice Better, the HIPAA aligned management site we use. You will receive all paperwork including invoicing online through Practice Better. Once you pick a day for our first visit, you will receive confirmation and an online link from Practice Better that you can join 5 minute prior to on the day of our first visit.
