As a mom of 2 picky eaters and a Registered Dietitian for over 12 years, I understand the unique challenges that come with feeding children. I utilize mindful eating and food chaining techniques to help picky eaters broaden their food choices and achieve success. I use the philosophies of Ellyn Satter's division of responsibility and intuitive eating when it comes to feeding children. I also am SOS trained in feeding therapy and am well versed in play based methods of helping children learn about new foods.

My approach is through parent intervention, so you if you are a caregiver looking for guidance, you've come to the right place. 

Your Virtual Visits: 

​My services begin with a thorough 60-75 minute nutrition assessment, where we will discuss your child's food history and home environment in detail. Based on your family's needs and preferences, I will provide thoughtful feedback and recommendations, with follow-up appointments following an individualized plan.
