1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ripe banana
1 cup packed spinach leaves (fresh)
Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, or chopped nuts for added flavor and texture
Instructions:

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
Bake in the preheated oven for 1
